We collect identifiers, contact details, device/usage data, and in some cases user-submitted medication names for discount lookup. We use this information for the purposes described in Sections 2–3. We do not sell data for money. We may “share” data for advertising measurement where permitted and if used; you can opt out where applicable by contacting us.

EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR):

Our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention), compliance with legal Xplor Technologies - CONFIDENTIAL obligations, and consent where required. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we transfer your data outside the EEA/UK/CH, we use approved safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
